Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains prepare girls to lead through everyday experiences and activities, promotes confidence as taking action, not simply having self-esteem, and breaks down success as several stages, not just the positive outcome.
Our Troops meet every other week at both the Parkway and Guadalupe sites. There is no limit placed on how many girls can join our troops! This past year we had a very special guest Sylvia Acevedo, CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA, came all the way from New York to spend time with our troops and everyone who met her went home the exclusive CEO patch Sylvia designed herself!
